Our operational support hours are as follows:
Monday – Friday | 09:00 – 18:00 >> Regular Support Processing of incoming tickets based on availability. No response time without an SLA.
Monday – Friday | 18:00 – 09:00 >> Emergency Support Only for critical outages. Subject to charge. Classification by support team.
Saturday | 00:00 – 24:00 >> Emergency Support No regular processing. Only for emergencies – prices will be quoted in the ticket.
Sunday | 00:00 – 24:00 >> Emergency Support Only for acute outages. Subject to charge. Advance pricing required in the ticket.
Public Holidays | 00:00 – 24:00 >> Emergency Support No regular processing. Emergency classification by support team. Prices in the ticket.

Exceptions are worked out with an individual SLA at the customer's request.
